The former Royal Mail sorting office, now known as 31 London Street, will include 200 homes, over 150,000 sq ft of office space and 50,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space.
The development has been designed by the architect who designed the Shard, Renzo Piano and the construction contract for the scheme has been awarded to Great Western Developments, a Singapore-owned contractor and subsidiary of Hotel Properties Limited.
