Joseph Bond / LLB, PGDip (Managing Director)

Managing Director of the Kenzie Consulting Group, Joseph’s

background is in civil engineering which later branched out into construction, engineering and energy sector disputes and commercial management.

A trained surveyor who is legally qualified, Joseph has considerable dispute resolution experience and is well experienced in the investigation and analysis of quantum and delays on complex construction, infrastructure and engineering projects. He has given oral evidence within an international arbitration.

David Hands / MSc, MCIArb, MQSI (Director)

An experienced claims consultant with over 30 years’ extensive practical experience representing contractors, sub-contractors insurers and employers on Construction, Rail, Mechanical and Electrical Projects. Has gained considerable expertise over the past 15 years as a claims specialist involved with the Construction, Engineering and Power Generation Industry, particularly with regard to contractual claims for Extension of Time and Loss/ Expense.

Experience of Delay and Disruption Analysis using various methodologies and planning tools including MS Project, Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.

Clare Bond / BA Hons, Dip HE Housing (Associate Director)

Clare’s background is in managing projects and services within the social housing sector. With a degree in English and Communication Arts, Clare has latterly moved into Marketing and Business Administration. She is responsible for managing Kenzie’s social media and back office functions.
