The Kenzie Group was established by our Managing Director Joseph Bond, over ten years ago.
Joseph has a passion for helping clients resolve complex issues and during the past ten years, he has put together a carefully selected team of experts to advise on all the major disciplines involved in our industry.
Joseph and his team have been involved in claims reaching hundreds of millions of pounds and as a result they have earned a reputation for providing reliable and trustworthy expert support.
The team acts for contractors and latterly also acts for (re) insurers and are frequently involved in highly complex high value disputes.
We're not academics
Our practical skills are supplemented with legal qualifications enabling our team of experts to readily understand the legal precedents that relate to causation and quantum analysis under any construction or insurance policy. By using our pragmatic skills and experience we will always ensure that the claimant adequately demonstrates his entitlement.
