Appointed delay and quantum experts in a matter relating an FPSO project.

The £120M project scope consisted of the fabrication, testing and commissioning of an FPSO project. Kenzie represented the claimant (the EPC contractor) and were instructed to evaluate claims totalling £15 million, perform an audit of the contractors costs and obtain agreement to disallowed costs. Matter settled following negotiations.

Offshore platform – UK

Appointed delay and quantum experts in a matter relating to a brownfield topside project.

The £85M project scope consisted of the fabrication, testing and commissioning of an offshore platform project. Kenzie represented the claimant (the EPC contractor) and were instructed to evaluate claims totalling £30 million. Matter settled following negotiations.
