Contract Management

Kenzie’s Project Services division comprises highly experienced contract managers, quantity surveyors, commercial managers, project controls professionals, planners, programme managers, risk managers and construction claims managers.

Our extensive experience in the fields of engineering, infrastructure, renewables, construction and energy ensures that we are in a position to put a team of experts together to work closely with the client and other team members in order to create dedicated programmes meeting individual project requirements.

KPIs are put in place to ensure programmes remain on track and can be fully monitored by both the team and our clients throughout the project cycle.

Our approach to contract management and successful project delivery is to minimise risk from the outset and ensure that all aspects of compliance are planned and monitored. To achieve this aim our contract managers will where appropriate, work closely with our construction claims team in matters such as risk assessment, contract negotiation, document drafting and procurement management, providing clients with independent and knowledgeable guidance throughout the project.
